The first way to make planning even better is to make a dinner board on Pinterest (Here’s My Dinner Board), and then, while you are pinning new recipes for the week just add those pins to that board. By doing this, you can quickly find that recipe later!
Bonus Tip: Name your meals the same as the pin, and then you can quickly search your board to find recipes later.
I love to make a double portion of dinner so we can have lunches for the next day. I’m a big fan of leftovers!
Try to print your weekly meal planner a few days early. Then you will have time to go grocery shopping for the week. Some mom prefers to shop once a week and center that trip towards next week’s meal plan. Others moms shop twice a week or while some shop bi-weekly. We like to make our shopping trips close to payday… LOL… it is just easier to budget that way.
