It’s 6 pm, traffic was horrendous, you are exhausted, the kids are hungry, and you can’t stomach the same boring dinner! What could you do different tonight? It’s now time to experiment and thankful you just purchased Mark Bittman’s new cookbook Kitchen Matrix!
I have long been a fan of Mark Bittman. For a wedding present my mother gave me his How to Cook Everything book. I could not count how many times I have used that book. So I was beyond excited to get his new book Kitchen Matrix!
What I love about Kitchen Matrix:
- It’s beautiful pictures! They are absolutely gorgeous and will make you hungry just looking at them.
- Easy Layout
- Variety of Recipes
- Simple Recipes
- More than 700 Recipes
- Mix and Match
I view this book as an inspiration board and not necessarily a step by step book. So I would recommend a basic guide like How to Cook Everything and then Kitchen Matrix for more ways to mix up your favorite recipes.
[bctt tweet=”Never Eat a Plain Salad again with Kitchen Matrix by Mark Bittman @bittman”]So let’s say you have extra eggs that are needing to cooked soon, but are looking for something a little different… So flip to page 178, and you see Hard-Boiled Eggs +12 ways!
